The bad news just doesn't stop for troubled actress Lindsay Lohan. Most recently, the Hollywood Gossip reported on Jan. 25 that there is a new judge in Lohan's upcoming parole violation case, and it's one that Lohan has dealt with before.
The judge is Stephanie Sautner, the same person who presided over Lohan's jewelry theft case. When that case reached its end, Judge Sautner gave Lohan a pretty stern lecture, telling her to stay out of trouble, follow the laws, act more mature and stay away from nightclubs.
Since that warning, Lohan was arrested for an alleged assault at a nightclub in New York City and now faces a parole violation for allegedly lying to the police after an auto accident. Lohan told police she was not driving, and apparently the prosecutor has a pretty air tight case against Lohan saying she was driving. The parole violation was for the same jewelry case that Judge Sautner delivered her lecture.
With Lohan firing, then rehiring, her attorney and using a new legal representative who can't even practice law in California yet, Lohan prepares to stand before this judge one more time, after disregarding the advice given last time around. Sautner said last time that she did not expect to see Lohan again.
On Jan. 30, Judge Sautner will preside over another Lindsay Lohan case and the actresses' luck may be running out.
