Lindsay Lohan’s courtroom drama continues as she did not show up in court on Jan. 7 for her brawl and reportedly punch on a Palm Beach psychic, reports ABC News.
Back in November, the 26-year-old star was approached by the psychic Tiffany Ava Mitchell for a reading, which the star “politely refused.” According to Lohan's attorney, all she did was "verbally request her privacy," later, it was reported that the star was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor assault.
Attorney Mark Jay Heller claimed that Lohan never made a “physical contact with the alleged victim.” He further stated that she was a mere prey “of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame."
Despite the no-show, Lohan got lucky and “dodges (d) the bullet,” notes TMZ. Luckily for her, the prosecutors delayed the proceedings. Even if she had made it there, it would have been a futile touch-and-go visit. All the necessary paperwork was signed by Lohan’s attorney on her behalf.
