Lindsay Lohan must be taking her court situation a little more seriously. According to TMZ on Jan. 30, Lohan took the last flight out of JFK last night to make sure she was in L.A. for her court date today.
Lohan is very deep into debt, but that still did not stop her from flying first class on American Airlines. Her plane landed around 12:30 a.m. this morning.
Apparently Lindsay went into panic mode after pictures were posted of her shopping and smoking the very same day she was given the doctor’s note. According to TMZ, when Lindsay found out she could possibly have a warrant issued for her arrest, she decided she better jump on a plane.
Lindsay Lohan really needs to question herself about this new lawyer she got. Is Mark Heller really looking out for her best interests? Why would Heller chance sending in documents for Lohan stating she was sick when he hasn’t even officially been given the right to represent Lohan in California? Did Heller even explain Lohan could be arrested?
