A Lindsay Lohan fight with her mother turned violent early on the morning of Wed., Oct. 10, 2012. LiLo and Dina Lohan got into an altercation as the mother-daughter team returned from a New York City nightclub to Dina's Long Island home at 4 a.m. According to The Huffington Post, the ladies partied at Electric Room inside the Dream Downtown in New York. The pair began fighting in their chauffeur-driven SUV and continued to argue after they arrived at the house. Lindsay was scratched in the incident, and her bracelet was broken.

According to TMZ, the Lindsay Lohan fight prompted someone, not Lindsay, to phone 911 and claim that LiLo was "being held against her will by Dina and the driver." Police arrived at the scene and took a Domestic Incident Report. However, police arrested neither Lindsay nor her mother Dina. The fight allegedly took place over the chauffeur-driven SUV; Lindsay wanted to take it back to her hotel, but her mother wanted to take it home.

The New York Post reported that Nassau police Inspector Kenneth Lack said, "It was just a verbal dispute in the vehicle. It was an argument between Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina. Lindsay called her father and her father called police.” Michael Lohan confirmed the Dina and Lindsay Lohan fight and implied that there is more to the story that remains undisclosed.
