Lindsay Lohan evicted from Beverly Hills home

Lindsay Lohan needs a place to stay. According to azcentral.com on Jan. 2, Lohan has been evicted from her Los Angeles home because she can no longer afford to pay the rent. Sources say she has now moved to New York.

A source told Fox News that Lohan was not evicted because she moved voluntarily since she couldn't afford her rent there anymore. However, it was reported last year that Lohan was under a rental agreement, and her landlords were not going to let her out of the agreement. Just because a person leaves their home voluntarily, that does not void the rental agreement.

Lohan may have left the house and moved to New York, but she is still liable for the rent for the remainder of her agreement.

The rent on the home was $8,000-a-month, and the site is now being shown to prospective tenants. There is a chance that the money Lohan owes can be reduced if the home is rented out before her agreement ends. However, Lohan has to learn there are consequences for her actions and she can't just pick and choose when she will follow the rules.

Lindsay Lohan has an upcoming meeting before a judge, where she will learn what chances she has of staying out of jail for a recent incident where the district attorney has accused her of lying to the police. She also has to deal with an alleged fight in New York that saw Lohan booked for as well.
