Lindsay Lohan was back in court on Thursday, and back up to her old fashion tricks.
Lohan was scheduled to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner to check in on her community service and personal counseling progress. She wore a clingy, ankle length black dress with a plunging neckline and super-high stiletto heels.

Judge Sautner was, apparently, unimpressed with the ensemble--and with Lindsay Lohan's apparent reluctance to complete her probation requirements. Lohan has reportedly only served 4 of her required 60 days of community service--mopping floors at the L.A. morgue and pitching in at the Downtown Women's Center on Skid Row. She is required to complete the 60 days of service by April 2012.
"I'm not going to give her five extra minutes," said Judge Sautner Thursday. "I don't want to hear, 'Oh, I couldn't do it because I was on the set of the John Gotti movie."

Lohan has also failed to enroll in psychological counseling, as required by her probation. Judge Sautner gave Lohan 21 additional days to find a therapist willing to delve into the annals of her complicated psyche.
Lohan received probation for pleading "no contest" to a January 2011 theft from a Venice Beach jewelry store.
