Wherever there is disaster there usually is Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay is on the hook for destroying a Theia Couture designer gown that was on loan to the troubled actress to wear to the amfAR gala in NYC thanks to her pal Charlie Sheen.Now according to Radar Online reports on Thursday, Feb.21 the gown was completely destroyed.
When Lindsay received the dress it was a floor sweeping fashion that was said to have been returned shredded and looking like a raggedy tank top. Here is Lindsay's side of the story.
After walking the red carpet Lindsay claims that the dress mysteriously ripped.Sources close to Lindsay stated to Us Weekly saying;
“She said that the dress had ripped [at a club after the fundraiser] – she couldn’t possibly wear it like that – so her stylist friend went to the club bouncer and requested some scissors to repair the torn part of the dress. But what bouncer has scissors?”
That is when Lindsay Lohan took it upon herself to create her dress design using what she had to work with, a pair of scissors and more bad decisions.
“She turned it into a mullet! Only a fashiony person would do that! ” the source continues. “She’s out of control and behaving really badly.”
The Daily Mail reported that after reaching out to the designers reps they discovered that Lindsay Lohan has still not bothered to return the dress.
“The dress was loaned in good faith to Phillip Bloch, Lindsay Lohan’s stylist. We were informed by Mr. Bloch’s assistant that the dress was damaged during the course of the evening,” the spokesman said.
“The dress has not been returned, and it wasn’t until we saw the photos on in the media, that we became aware of the actual condition of the gown. Further action has yet to be determined.”
Oddly enough that is not the only bad luck that Lindsay has had this month. TMZ reported that Lindsay Lohan has to deal with, Lohan has also lost her lawsuit against rapper Pitbull.
Lindsay decided to sue the rapper back in 2011 for using her name in his hit song "Give Me Everything." In the song Pitbull sings the line, 'I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
Boom, lawsuit, Lindsay sued on the grounds that Pitbull did not have her permission to use her name, and had no right to the profits.
Unfortunately a New York federal judge did not see things Lindsay's way claiming that Lindsay Lohan is wrong about the law, that the song is a work of art and is protected by the 1st amendment.
Also the judge ruled against LiLo's claims of emotional distress brought on by Pitbull's use of her name in the song. Case closed, Lindsay Lohan zero, Pitbull-one.
Will Lindsay's troubles ever go away, or is she doomed for a life of misery?
