Lindsay Lohan’s past may be the end of her. Lohan has lied so many times in the past and about the same issues that prosecutors want to ensure that they will be able to introduce evidence showing her past lies, according to TMZ on March 15.
Lohan’s case for lying to the cops for the accident on Pacific Coast Highway is not the first time she has pulled the same trick. In fact she has done the same thing two times before. Prosecutors want to present evidence that when things go wrong with Lohan behind the wheel, she likes to lie and say she was not even driving.
The prosecutors want to ensure that the jury will hear about Lohan’s case in 2007 when she was driving under the influence on Sunset Blvd. Lohan told the cops she was a passenger in the car. They also want the jury to hear about her March 2012 case when Lohan was leaving Sayers Club and reportedly struck a pedestrian and then fled the scene. Once again she told the cops she was a passenger.
Prosecutors want to show the jury that Lindsay Lohan has evidence of “prior bad acts” that show a pattern of how she reacts when she is in trouble. Lohan just may be forced to face her past and her lies.
