Lindsay Lohan was partying at the W hotel in NYC and was up to her wild antics once again. US Magazine tells us on Jan. 15 that she is no longer welcome to return to the hotel, ever!
During her stay in the Union Square area, the staff at the hotel is still in the process of cleaning up, yet another one of her messes. The twenty-six year old seems to never learn the meaning of maturity and responsibility.
The damage to the room is estimated at $50,000. The carpets have to be replaced due to the magnitude of cigarette burns scorched into the fibers. Apparently last fall she stayed at the W hotel for several weeks. It is horrifying how one person can get into one mess after another as easily as she does.
CNN tells us on Jan. 15 that Lindsay Lohan will have to appear in court on Jan. 30 as the judge and lawyers prepare for her trial on Feb. 27. The investigation surrounding her car crash incident and lying to a police officer is underway.
Lindsay is currently facing charges relating to the accident. The misdemeanor charges that stand before her can send her to jail for up to 245 days. She has been cited for a shoplifting conviction, violating her probation, an assault charge for allegedly punching a woman in a nightclub, driving recklessly, giving false information to police officers and finally resisting arrest.
Here is a young lady, who has her whole life ahead of her. A great career as a performer and television personality and she is throwing it all away. What are the reasons behind all this misbehaving? Is she reaching out for help? What is it that this actress is searching for or lacking that has her struggling with drugs, alcohol and such a list of legal troubles?
