According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan simply cannot learn her lesson when it comes to staying out of the clubs. Lohan has a court date set for Jan. 7, 2013 for a fight that occurred in a club in New York. On Sat. Jan. 5, 2013, Lohan partied the night away with friends in London until early the next morning.
Lohan is said to have gotten into a fight with a psychic in New York in November and has to stand in front of a judge and face the penalty for her actions. It will not look good to the judge that two days before she is scheduled to appear, Lohan is still partying it up with her buddies.
She must make an appearance at the courthouse or a warrant will be issued for her arrest. At the trial, Lohan may enter a plea or the judge may simply set another court date for a trial to take place. Either way, Lohan may want to consider focusing on her legal troubles rather than hanging out in clubs for hours on end. There have been no comments released by Lohan or her reps regarding her late night activities and no word as to if she will make a plea or not.
