Lindsay Lohan will now have her former assistant Gavin Doyle testifying against her. According to E! News on Feb. 23, Doyle was issued a subpoena to testify during Lohan’s trial for her probation violation.
Lindsay has claimed all along that Gavin was driving the Porsche that was crashed on the Pacific Coast Highway in June and reportedly even told the police. Gavin has since revealed that it was not her driving the car. Gavin claims that Lindsay was actually the one driving the car.
The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office issued a subpoena earlier this year for Gavin Doyle. Doyle is expected to testify within the next two months.
The car crash incident is what provoked the Los Angeles City Attorney to revoke Lindsay Lohan’s probation. Lohan was charged with willfully resisting, obstruction, providing false information to an officer and reckless driving. Lohan is scheduled to appear in court on March 1.
