Lindsay Lohan's probation has been revoked and a warrant for her arrest has been issued. This comes after Lohan admittedly failed drug tests just weeks after being released from jail and rehab.
Lindsay Lohan now has a bench warrant out for her arrest for violating her probation. Lohan tested positive for cocaine and amphetamines. According to the terms of Lohan's probation, Lindsay could be looking at 30 days behind bars.
According to Us Weekly, the warrant is being held until 8:30 am on Friday, which at that time Lindsay Lohan is due to appear in court for violating her probation. Since the failed drug test Lindsay has been spotted hitting AA meetings with friends.
On Saturday she tweeted, "Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result.
"I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that i am trying hard," she tweeted. "but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful....Thank you all!!!"
According to RadarOnline, Lindsay's arrest warrant isn't her only problem. Lohan is reportedly going broke. "Lindsay is in serious trouble financially," said one source.
"Dina is struggling to make ends meet and pay Lindsay's lawyers and this latest development doesn't help things. Everyone thinks the Lohan family is so well-off, but if they knew the truth, it would be shocking."
