Lindsay Lohan is getting on her lawyer's last nerve, as she's making it impossible to be reached or contacted, reports claimed on Wednesday, Feb. 13.
According to TMZ, the attorney representing Lindsay in the hit and run lawsuit from 2010 involving the starlet's assistant, Julia Azrael, is fed up with her. The attorney has now filed papers denying responsibility for the actress' behavior, saying she has no control over Lindsay's avoiding tactics.
"I have made many efforts to convince Lohan to appear for her deposition," Azrael said in her court docs, "I do not know how to reach her directly."
Apparently, the flustered attorney claims she was told to go through Lindsay's new lawyer, Mark Heller, to get in touch with the "Mean Girls" star, but he's also been giving her the run-around.
Meanwhile, the man who is suing Lindsay for the hit and run incident, photographer Grigor Balyan, says Lindsay's been partying and having fun, while avoiding her deposition in the lawsuit he filed against her. So, Balyan is asking the judge to fine both, Lindsay for her elusiveness, and Azrael for stringing him along.
