Lindsay Lohan seemingly has the best luck in the world considering she has managed to avoid going to jail every time for her costly mistakes. On March 19 E Online shares that Lindsay has agreed to go to rehab in a locked facility for 90 days to avoid doing jail time.
This time, a nerve has been struck with the public as it seems that the judge proceeding LiLo's lying to police case is being very lenient with the wayward former Disney star. While most are thinking that a locked facility means a cushy country club setting, this isn't completely the case.
Not only is Lindsay going to have to pay for her stay in a rehab facility, which can cost her up words of $10,000 a month to avoid jail time, but a locked facility is going to be only a small step down from jail. Ms. Lohan will be allowed out of her room to attend group therapy, individual therapy, and for exercise and meals but that is it. Unless there is a severe medical reason or a death in the family, once she checks in, she won't be able to leave.
There likely won't be bars on the windows, but there will be very little privacy and even less time to do anything but therapy. Lindsay Lohan reportedly has been abstaining from alcohol, so it is not known whether or not she will need detox.
