Lindsay Lohan agrees to 90 days in "locked rehab." TMZ reported on March 18 that the troubled starlet finally agreed to an 11th hour plea deal. The good news is that she was able to escape jail yet again. Still, she will have to go to rehab.
Lohan will also have to perform 30 days of community labor. In addition to her "locked rehab" plea deal, she must also undergo psychotherapy for 18 months. Lohan will receive credit every time she goes to the psychiatrist.
Lindsay arrived to the courtroom on Monday morning. She was 48 minutes late for her trial in Los Angeles, Calif. As she arrived, a man threw gold dust on her all white outfit.
Lindsay Lohan pled no contest to the crimes of reckless driving and lying to cops. It seems like her late court appearance did her some good. She will be able to avoid jail as long as she stays sober and submits to drug testing.
