Lindsay and Dina Lohan know how to party. On Jan. 1, news came out about how hard they partied for New Year's Eve. This star of "Mean Girls" doesn't know how to get her act together. According to Radar Online, they both looked like they had a rough night.
They were leaving the C London restaurant and the picture shows them both with glassy eyes and looking like they have been partying hard. They were even dressed alike wearing short dresses and fur jackets. They make it look like they are very happy.
As Lindsay entered her hotel earlier in the night she looked really crappy. She had her hair in a ponytail and wasn't fixed up at all. The pictures show her face looking bloated. She had on a shirt that was too big on her.
