Linda Hogan is still insisting she did not have enough to drink to put her in the category of over the legal limit for alcohol. According to TMZ on Feb. 28, Hogan plead not guilty to her DUI today in court.
Hogan was pulled over for speeding back in October when she tested .084 of a blood alcohol level. This is just over the legal limit in California.
When the incident took place, a representative for Hogan said she had only one glass of champagne at a jewelry event the same evening. Hogan’s representative also stated she had the glass of wine on an empty stomach and had also taken antibiotics which intensifies the effects of the alcohol.
Linda Hogan was still charged with two counts of DUI and plead not guilty today in court. If Hogan is convicted, she could face up to 18 months in jail. Hogan is due back in court on March 21. Do you think one glass of wine put Linda Hogan over the legal limit? Sound off in comments below.
