The unveiling was held at Buckhead's Mandarin Oriental Hotel, which features a spa that also aims to be a sensory experience for visitors. In fact, representatives from Lincoln and the hotel spoke in a panel discussion about what it means to reach customers seeking luxury, comfort and convenience.
“It’s important that we make a personal connection with our clients, that we engage with them in ways above and beyond what they’re accustomed to,” Lincoln spokesman Andrew Shaffer said in a news release.
Lincoln touted the luxury touches in the pre-production model of the MKC that was on display at the hotel. Those touches included Bridge of Weir Deepsoft leather, open-pore wood trim and intricate door panel stitching on the interior,
Lincoln did not make the vehicle available for test drives, but we hope to get behind the wheel of one soon.
It goes on sale this summer.
