Race fans near the Atlanta area are gearing up for American Supercamp coming to Gainesville, Georgia this weekend. There are still a limited number of spots available for the combined Racer/Non-Racer Camp scheduled for Feb. 23-24, 2013.
From the west coast to the east coast, American Supercamp is a nationwide instruction course that has transformed many young and talented riders to knowledgeable and experienced racers. American Supercamp's main objective is to get the most out of each rider's abilities and let every individual reach their true potential.
"I'm excited to bring our camp to the great state of Georgia," said Danny Walker, founder of American Supercamp. "I get so excited every time we launch one of our camps in this great location. The tools and instruction we provide for these riders of all ages is something they'll carry with them forever. Camp times are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for both days. Please arrive at least a half hour early for registration. Lunch and cold beverages will be provided over the duration of the camp. Camp registration is $600.
American Supercamp is a riding skills and balance improvement course for all motorcycle riders using aggressive and innovative riding drills composed by the best riders in motorcycle racing. The camp is designed to force students to critically think about their actions and the effects on the handling of the motorcycle. The camp focuses on improving your techniques of concerning for safety and speed; improving your abilities going in to a corner, getting out of a corner, and if need be, past the competition.
