Today a New York federal judge sided with the rapper Pitbull, and that he is protected by the 1st amendment, due to the fact his music is considered a work of art.
Lindsay Lohan filed a law suit against rapper Pitbull back in 2011, for using her name in his hit song "Give Me Everything" over the one liner "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
Lohan who claimed Pitbull never obtained permission to use her name in his song, and he should not make a dime off her name.
Lindsay Lohan's claim on the basis of suffering and emotional distress were also denied.
News reports state that the case has now been dismissed.
