Lilly Ghalichi and her fiance Dhar Mann, who recently surprised everyone with their engagement after just a few months of dating, are fighting back against speculation that he's just using her for fame. In an interview with RumorFix, posted on Thursday, April 17, Dhar denied that he's with the "Shahs of Sunset" star just because he wants to be a star himself. He said that fame is not something that he wants.
Dhar said that the love between him and Lilly is real. He said that he has no plans on being on any TV show, reality or otherwise, and that he likes to keep their relationship very private since they're happier that way. He also denied reports that he's a marijuana king, pointing out that he ended his relationship with the marijuana industry in 2013, and clarified reports of financial and legal troubles.
Dhar and Lilly are eager to set the record straight since they're planning on marrying soon. In another interview with RumorFix, Lilly said that they plan on having two weddings - a humongous one in India and a smaller one in California. She addressed the question that is on the minds of many "Shahs of Sunset" fans - which of her co-stars will get an invite to her big day? Lilly remained coy about who will get an invite, only saying that she "will definitely invite some of the cast."
One co-star who is unlikely to get an invite is Reza Farahan. He once said that Lilly is a fake person who has to hire her friends and that she should leave "Shahs of Sunset." Joining him may be Asa Soltan Rahmati, who has said that Lilly is condescending, and Mercedes "MJ" Javid, who has said that Lilly is the most hypocritical person she knows. That leaves Mike Shouhed and Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi. Of course, with how fast friendships change on the show, her enemies could very well turn into besties by the time the wedding comes.
