Lil Wayne banned? NBA sources say it’s not true

Has Lil Wayne been banned from attending NBA games? The rapper, who was allegedly asked to leave a recent game, and claims he had a sexual relationship with Miami Heat star Chris Bosh’s wife, MTV reported on Feb. 19.

According to the report, Lil Wayne decided to go on an “epic” onstage rant about the NBA, which just so happened to take place during all-star weekend.

Lil Wayne, who is a diehard Lakers fan, claimed he was banned from attending NBA games, and other events, and that the Miami Heat was to thank for his ousting.

The rapper then lead the crowd at the Beats by Dre party in a “f--- the NBA” chant. Of course, fans were outraged that Lil Wayne was allegedly banned by the NBA, and have been speaking out about the incident.

However, NBA senior Vice President, Tim Frank, said that any rumors of a league-wide ban were "not true." So, it seems that Lil Wayne may have been banned by the Miami Heat, but just not the entire NBA.

What are your thoughts on Lil Wayne allegedly being banned by the NBA? Do you think it’s true?
