Lil Kim has had her ups and downs with lawsuits, music, jail and her identity. Today Kim is being sued for using a zombie image used to promote her mixtape and song Dead Girl Walking without asking last Fall. The notorious K.I.M. allegedly stole the image when it was uploaded to Reddit by Canadian artist Samantha Ravndahl whom threatened to ruin Kim in the media if it wasn't removed, but Kim ignored. Ravndahl is now bringing the zombie apocalypse to the 39 year old rapper's door with a 150, 000 minimum lawsuit according to TMZ.

Get this; it's not even Kim in the photo and the anticipated Hardcore 2013 has had several release dates since Halloween! What an impact for the troubled rapper who hadn't released any music since 2011.

The Hardcore rapper is in the midst of a comeback, in which she harbors the return of her old self. Kind of like how Eminem did MMLP2. Will she succeed? Either way, she has a lawsuit to take care of and that's not "Hardcore."
