LOS ANEGLES - Actress Lindsay Lohan spent her Monday in the courtroom fighting charges from an automobile accident in June. Judge James Dabney ordered her to commit to 30 days of community service and three months in a rehabilitation facility in which she cannot check out. Furthermore, the Judge also stated that she must undergo psychotherapy for 18 months and also awarded her two years probation.
It has been no mistake that Lohan has had a rough couple of years and the media has eaten all of her problems up. The results of her court appearance and her attorney's comments stated "I'm very, very satisfied with the results today ... I think that the prosecutors treated her fairly. I'm very confident that you won't be seeing Lindsay Lohan in any criminal courts any time in the future," He also went on to say that "Today marks the first day of the rest of her life and her comeback is before her," stated Mark Heller.
