Liberty Ross has finally filed for divorce from Rupert Sanders. On Jan. 25, TMZ reported that the couple is finally calling it quits for good. Are you surprised it took this long?
She really wants joint custody of their two children. This is pretty good for Rupert since she is not trying to take the kids away or get sole custody of their children. She does want the attorney fees and also wants spousal support.
Rupert and Liberty went to counseling, but it did not work for them. The couple has finally realized to give up and get divorced. One source did say that they tried to make it work, but it just wasn't happening. He cheated on her in a very public scandal with Kristen Stewart. This was while they were filming "Snow White and the Huntsman." Rupert will not be returning for the sequel.
