Tammy Rivera was attacked by Joseline Hernandez during the "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" reunion show taping. While on set, Joseline flew into a rage and attacked Althea first, then turned on Tammy and pulled out her ponytail. After Joseline was asked to leave and everyone calmed down, Tammy talked about how it was a good thing her husband Waka Flocka Flame wasn't there for the altercation. On Thursday, Mstarz reported that a photo posted to Tammy's Instagram has sparked a federal investigation and it might be considered a threat to Joseline.
The photo in question has since been deleted but in it were Tammy Rivera and her husband Waka Flocka Flame. In the picture, Waka Flocka is holding a gun and it is captioned "Daddy's home now #MeetTheFlockas Loveandhiphopatl."
The Instagram post has received quite a bit of attention and has allegedly set off a federal investigation for a couple of reasons. It seems that the picture was a message for Joseline Hernandez, who attacked Tammy Rivera at the reunion show unprovoked. It is also serious because Waka Flocka is on probation and is not allowed to possess firearms. A photo of him holding the gun is pretty hard evidence that he was in possession and may get in some trouble for that.
Since the taping of the reunion show, Tammy has been very vocal about her beef with Joseline. At one point there was even a fake Tammy Rivera Facebook page where an apology was posted for Joseline. Tammy was quick to take to Twitter to set the record straight. Not only does she not have a Facebook page but also that she had never apologized to Hernandez.
There are rumors that Tammy Rivera, Waka Flocka, Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J are all coming back for the next season of "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta." It could get pretty explosive if they all end up filming together. In the meantime, let's just hope Waka Flocka doesn't get in trouble for the picture on Instagram.
