On the heels of rumors surrounding the LG G3’s tentative release date, specs, features and price, a gold version of the LG G2 successor is expected. As Android Authority reports (April 16), an image leak of the LG G3 smartphone’s retail product packaging debuts a golden color option.
Thanks to the released photo from an unnamed source in the know about LG’s internal plans, the phone’s name is now officially confirmed. The actual phone is not visible in the picture, but gold outer packaging is a dead giveaway of a matching color LG G3 device. It’s predicted that a gold LG G3 could arrive on the market alongside the widely available black and white standard color variants.
