Reports are hitting the Internet that former LFO singer Rich Cronin has passed away. The former boyband singer celebrated his 35th birthday just two weeks ago.
Former *NSYNC member Chris Kirkpatrick updated his official Facebook Page with “Rip to a great friend rich c.”
Kirkpatrick, Cronin, Former 98 Degree singer Jeff Timmons and Bryan Abrams from Color Me Badd were all part of a short-live VH1 reality series “Mission: Man Band” where the former boyband members created a band together called Sureshot.
Cronin was most known for being a member in the boyband LFO. They produced the guilty pleasure hits “Summer Girls” and “Girl on TV” in 1999 and 2000.
Cronin has been battling acute myelogenous leukemia since 2005, he went into remission several time since then. He founded the Rich Cronin Hope Foundation in hopes of spreading awareness and encouraging people to register and become bone marrow donors.
