Levon Helm got special recognition on Sunday night during the 55th Annual Grammy Awards. The late entertainer was honored by a plethora of musicians that brought his legacy of music to life. One of several tributes slated during the award show, it appears this one had the fans walking down memory lane as the artists belted out hit after hit.
On stage at the Staples Center was Zac Brown, Brittany Howard, Mumford & Sons, Elton John and Mavis Staples. Bringing together their different styles of music, the fans got to hear a one-of-a-kind, epic performance that had the Staples Center audience excited to see the live music come together.
Actor and musician Levon Helm was focused on music and devoted his life to his career early on. The colorful career of the man who was part of The Band impressed many fans with his talent and focus and will be missed by the fans.
