We could all use more veggies in our diet right? How about this easy lettuce wrap made entirely of vegetables!
Easy Lettuce Wraps
- 3 larger lettuce leaves
- Cucumber, sliced thin
- Tomatoes, sliced thin
- Mayonnaise, optional
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Lay wraps out. Spread with mayo if using. Sprinkle mayo with salt and pepper.
Layer cucumber and tomato slices on lettuce.
Roll like a burrito. Start with one end and start to roll. Tuck in sides and continue rolling.
Continue for all 3 and enjoy!
You can also add bacon for a BLT wrap, chicken salad for a healthy chicken salad wrap or your favorite lunch meat and cheese for a sandwich without the bread wrap!

We do tacos in lettuce wraps! This way we are using a veggie instead of corn shells or flour wraps! Using lettuce wraps is nice because it still gives us a crunch - for the hard shell taco!
