Yucatan Holidays, a company committed to providing inspiring and sustainable travel experiences within the Yucatán Peninsula, made a call yesterday via their Facebook Fan Page to all aspiring travel writers for submissions. They are giving away ten 5 days/4 nights in their quest to find the next great writer of one of the world’s most dynamic destinations.
In 200-300 words, entrants have just one week to describe their favorite spot in the Yucatan Peninsula, Riviera Maya, or the surrounding area. For those who have never been to the region, simply describe where in the Yucatan you would like to visit and why.
The editors will pick the best 20 entries to be published on the Yucatan Holidays Facebook page, while the top three most “liked” entries will be published in the Yucatan Holidays Travel Guidebook. Be specific, be creative, and have fun!
