“Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.”(Philippians 2:5)

New Year resolutions prompt individuals for change. The mind is where change begins. The thinking process facilitates behavior. What are your thoughts dictating to you? This is a valid question. Sometimes the mind will lead us into unnecessary stress and anxiety. One has to take of control of thoughts and stir them toward the desired behavior. This is how change happens.

The Bible teaches believers on changing their thoughts. The Holy Spirit gives assistance in taking thoughts captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ. The Holy Bible contains the word of Truth and substance to changing one’s thoughts. A believer should want to think and act like Jesus. His mind was to come in humility to save all people that would believe. He gave His life for others and has expectations for believers to imitate Him.

Challenge: Believers, be imitators of God! Clothe your mind with the Holy Bible and transformation will follow.
