Famous for its source of sweet and savory decadent waffle sandwiches, Bruxie celebrates the Fourth of July in culinary fashion with holiday favorites worthy of fireworks. For the second year, Bruxie is bringing in live Maine lobsters to bring to life the ultimate New England Lobster Bruxie made with tender lobster, fresh chives, sprinkled black pepper, and a touch of mayo. Additional holiday specials include the Vermont Apple Pie Bruxie, a red, white and blue milk shake and black cherry cane sugar soda.

These mouthwatering holiday favorites sound like the perfect fix for a quick bite before watching the fireworks. With several new locations opening up nationwide, it looks like not only Orange County residents will be enjoying great waffle sandwiches from Bruxie to celebrate Independence Day. At every Bruxie location they keep it fresh by having different sandwich selections making no restaurant the same as the other.

One of the most popular drinks is the black cherry flavored seasonal cane sugar soda. Try this delicious soda as an old-fashioned float. The Chocolate Cherry Kiss Float is a mix of Bruxie’s Black Cherry soda with a ‘Float’ of chocolate rim and real Wisconsin Frozen Custard.

With daily specials, there is always something new to try. Served regularly, you can take a bite out of the Country Sausage and Egg Bruxie, which is Farm Fresh Jumbo Egg, Griddled Country Sausage, and Tillamook Cheddar Cheese with a light spread of Mayo. Another great daily special that is only served Tuesday through Friday is the Irish Nachos, which is Crispy Waffles Fries, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Homemade Cheese Sauce, Sour Cream and Chives.

If this sounds enticing, do not worry there should be a Bruxie location near you to enjoy your Fourth of July. So, come stop on by at Bruxie for Independence Day.
