Barry Sloane, the actor who breathes life in the character of Aiden on ABC’s “Revenge” is going to be leaving the series as a regular member of the cast. He is reportedly looking for new pilot offers according to a Feb. 6 report on Digital Spy.

The good news is the former “Hollyoaks” actor could still return on “Revenge” in a recurring role, assuming the show continues into season 4.

It is likely, though unofficial at this time, that the show will be extended to a fourth season. Karine Vanasse, who plays French magazine mogul Margaux LeMarchal confirms she signed a deal which would make her a series regular if the series gets season 4 renewal.

Sloane, 32, is set to get offered a pilot on ABC for “The Visitors” which will be executive produced by Steven Spielberg. Before he won the role of Aiden on “Revenge,” the Liverpool-born actor was set to do the pilot for “Gotham,” a supernatural series on ABC.

“Revenge” will be back from winter hiatus on Sunday, March 9. Better tune in and soak up as much Barry Sloane as you can!
