Here's an easy, different and yummy treat to fix for dessert to celebrate St. Patrick's Day, or spring.
Pick up your ingredients at the Fairlawn Giant Eagle at 2775 West Market Street in Fairlawn.
PISTACHIO CAKE
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup club soda
1/4 cup oil
1 package pistachio instant pudding
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
Icing
1 container of cool whip
1 package pistachio instant pudding
3/4 cup of milk
Whip ingredients with electric mixer. Spread on cooled cake.
Refrigerate left-overs.
