Acting is a hard gig to do full time. When you can get work, the money is usually pretty fantastic, at least when your name is Leonardo DiCaprio. On Jan. 21 NY Daily News reports that Leo is ready for a break. He's done three movies in two years; First "Django," then "The Great Gatsby," and "The Wolf of Wall Street."
DiCaprio says that he's worn out and just needs some time to sit around with friends and talk about absolutely nothing important and be an idiot. He also plans on doing some good in the world and traveling from place to place doing environmental activism. Leo has his own foundation that provides grants and aide for renewable energy, clean water, and wildlife protection.
Leonardo says that he loves sitting around at home and hosting get-togethers for family and friends. The problem with this is that he hasn't been home in a while to do that. Hopefully some time off to live life will bring Leonardo DiCaprio back to the stage with a fresher outlook.
Are you surprised that the "Django" star is ready for a break?
