Each will be accompanied by a corresponding scripture reading, and be linked to that passage in the Holy Bible. Scripture reading: John 1:29-34
John was trying to prove that Jesus is really the Son of God. After John saw the dove land on Jesus, he knew He was the one. Jesus came down from heaven to save us and die on the cross; this is why we are baptized today. My Mom and Dad always kid me about how hard I cried when I was baptized at Trinity. I am so grateful that Jesus is my Savior.
