Lenovo unveiled today, at the Consumer Electronics Association Show (CES) in Las Vegas, a new all-in-one computer model they call the IdeaCentre A730. It is a 27-inch, 10 point multitouch that may be the world's thinnest touch model. The release of this system is planned for June 2013.
The systems will spec out at the Core i7 processor, 8GB of memory, 1TB SSHD drive with 8GB of SSD cache and Nvidia GeForce 700-series graphic chip video card. There will be two widescreen resolutions available: 2560x1440 and 1920x1080. It will run the Windows 8 operating system.
Other features include that the screen will recline to a full 90 degrees and it will come with HDMI in and out connectivity, voice recognition, a 720p webcam, 2.4GHz wireless mouse and keyboard.
Lenovo demonstrated many uses at CES for this system including laying the system flat, adding a joystick and playing games. It is a good choice for sharing content on one display for a more interactive, multiuser environment.
The price tag is estimated to begin around $1,500.
