Rain or Shine! ...or Snow!
Shop local! Made in USA/MI!
All proceeds will help benefit the local businesses and store owners for this winter season. Please come out and enjoy cider and donuts on us!
Bundle up and come enjoy a peaceful Saturday out in Leland. We look forward to seeing you there!
Looking for something in particular?
The Harbor House provides a good touristy feel - t-shirts, sweatshirts and ice cream.
Molly's, the owner is local and also owns Daisy Jane in Traverse City. Molly's sells clothing for adult women, jewelry and other fun knick-knacks.
Leland Books, is the finest bookstore around. Small and quaint, but offers a big selection of books and is warm and toasty inside.
Looking for something vintage? Western? Authentic? Cultured? Tampico is a store you won't want to leave Leland without visiting. Everything from cowboy and girl boots, to home furnishings to beautiful, handmade jewelry.
Rustic Roots, tucked back in the corner by Haystacks, with a couple of other hidden goodies. Rustic Roots is a cross between J. Jill and a wardrobe of peace and relaxation.
Need a break? River & Main has the best warm drinks and candies in town.
There are many more shops in downtown Leland worth the visit, including a tasting room for you winos, Greta's and Toy Co. for the kids and Leland Gal.
Get ready for a new world in Fishtown, a corner away from the Harbor House. Two Fish Gallery offers USA Made rugs, home furnishings, jewelry and 'vintage appeals.' A little further, and you get a great look of Lake Michigan; you can eat at The Cove (great fish!) or The Bluebird (Leland, bar and dressy seating), while shopping the shanties!
You don't want to miss out on the Fishtown/Leland Preservancy shanty, which features how you can help save/preserve what locals and visitors alike, cherish, with your purchase of a $3 bumper sticker or other treasures, and handmade Leelanau/Lake items, that are absolutely adorable and useful for any age!
Stop in to the Cheese Shanty, go early and get in on their people-pleasing pretzel bread! They also sell drinks, wine, chips and savory cubes of the best cheese around.
There's a smoke shack nearby, which houses a variety of fish in the early mornings. The fish, smoked or none, can be purchased in the shanty near the water.
The Dam candy store sells ice cream, jellies and lake water taffy. Reflections and Sporck Tile Art (very affordable, great gifts!) are the two shanty galleries. The Bead Hut, Tug Boat (get a mystery bag!!), the Crib, good for any teenage girl, Diversions (hats, hats everywhere!) and Haystacks, which you have to climb a flight of stairs to get too.
Looking forward to seeing you all for ciders, donuts and sales during Leland's Fall Frenzy this weekend!
