Legislation considered on the Crossover Day at Georgia General Assembly

The 2013 Crossover Day arrives at the Georgia General Assembly today, the 30th day of the 40-day session, which usually ends up being the longest day for Georgia lawmakers.

By the end of the Crossover Day, legislation must pass at least of the General Assembly’s two chambers in order to be considered during the remaining 10 days of the session.

As of today, the Senate has 29 bills and the House has 36. Both chambers will meet at 10 a.m.
