Legendary producer Swizz Beatz headlines Monster Takeover at Marquee Nightclub

On Monday, hip-hop artist and producer Swizz Beatz kicked off the first Monday of 2014 with an electrifying DJ set as he headlined the Monster Takeover at Marquee Nightclub.

The legendary superstar didn't waste time getting the party started as he hopped in the DJ booth with stunning 24k gold Monster headphones and took over the turntables with old-school hip-hop throwbacks as well as some new classic hits.

Known for working with artists like Jay-Z, T.I. and DMX, Swizz Beatz spun a roster of club anthems which he produced with these artists including "Ruff Ryders' Anthem," "Party Up (Up in Here)," "Bring Em Out" "Swing Ya Rag" and "On to the Next One." With hits like these, Swizz Beatz keep the party going well into the night.

While spinning, Swizz Beatz was joined in the DJ booth by retired NBA superstar Shaquille O'Neal who surprised clubbers as he took to the mic to greet the club before heading to a VIP table on the dance floor.

Marquee Nightclub is a 62,000-square-foot nightclub with seven bars and three lavish rooms. The Main Room features a LED DJ booth and projection stage, surrounded by plush coliseum-style banquette seating and two dance floors. Overlooking the Main Room is a Library-style lounge offering an intimate experience. There's also the Boom Box Room which features views of the Las Vegas Strip and a separate DJ.
