Compass Hospitality is celebrating the expansion of the Legacy Suites in Bangkok. The recently completed second building of Legacy Suites Bangkok will start accepting guests and be fully operational by the end of February 2011. The new building adds 75 rooms to the existing 108 units in the first building. Apartments, comprising studios and one-bedroom suites, are designed with hotel amenities to meet the discerning needs of corporate and leisure travelers. The large swimming pool and wide sun decks have been favorites with guests. The gym has been enlarged and more equipment has been added. The tennis court is being upgraded and will soon be ready for play.
Chills, a new all-day dining restaurant, is located on the ground floor of the new building. Renovation works are nearing completion and when done, residents will enjoy their daily buffet breakfast as well as their other meals. Room service is provided by Chills. The existing Sakinoya Japanese Restaurant serves the full selection of Japanese cuisine.
Legacy Suites is located on Sukhumvit Soi 29, a short walking distance from the main Sukhumvit Road and the nearby Phrom Phong and Asoke BTS stations, and interchange at Sukhumvit MRT station. Its quiet location is near all the attractions that Sukhumvit is well known for.
