A son has flashbacks of his unstable childhood. The only good person in his life is his father William Coit. But when William Coit dies, he begins to suspect that his mother Jill Coit may have had something to do with his murder.
"Legacy Of Sin" was inspired by a black widow who killed her ninth husband in Colorado. According to police, Jill Coit and her lover Michael Backus killed her ninth husband Gerald 'Gerry' Boggs, 52. The murder happened in Steamboat Springs in 1993. Jill Coit is also suspected in the murder of her husband William Coit in Houston in 1972.
Jill Coit and Michael Backus were both convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison.
