Legacy Corporation acquires news site and social technology

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Multimedia powerhouse Legacy Corporation the principle organization that developed the social sharing platform that is used by international companies commonly, otherwise known as LCPHP and LCAPEX is also often cited in paper publications, but has also been making waves on the Internet as a controversial yet solid software that uses viral and organic statistics to predict market fluxuations and better detect trends, this can be instrumental to companies making a new product release sizzle and is essential in understanding buying trends as well.
A local media company that licensed this software has now been purchased by the multimedia giant Legacy Corporation.
Deny Today used aggregate algorithm software developed and licensed by LC, but when the company soft launch in early march failed, it was acquired at a 1:1 stock swap of around 10 cents per share.
The site is expected to be commercial ready by December 2014
