Lee (1-0) allowed two runs on two hits and one walk while striking out three batters in five innings of work. He threw 42 of 69 pitches for strikes.
The Isotopes took two of three in the rain-shortened three-game series. They struck quickly in the finale, picking up one run in the first on a groundout and then making it 3-0 on Nick Buss' two-run single in the second.
Tacoma struck for two runs in the fourth on a Cole Gillespie double and a Jesus Montero sacrifice fly.
Albuquerque came right back with Jamie Romak's RBI double in the fifth and Carlos Triunfel's RBI double in the sixth. The Isotopes put the game away with two runs in the seventh and two more in the ninth.
Joc Pederson went 3-for-5 with a run scored for Albuquerque, while Buss was 2-for-6 with two RBI and Triunfel went 2-for-4 with two RBI against his old team.
The Isotopes will start a four-game series at Reno on Monday at 7:35 p.m. They will play their home opener against the Rainiers on Friday at 7:05 p.m.
- The Dodgers acquired left-handed reliever Colt Hynes from the Indians and assigned him to Albuquerque. The Isotopes will have to make a corresponding roster move when he arrives.
- Outfielder Mike Baxter, who was optioned to Albuquerque on Friday, was designated for assignment to make room for Hynes on the 40-man roster. He had not yet joined the Isotopes, so no roster move had been made to accommodate him.
