Lecture concerning Baltimore's Vacants to Value housing initiative at MSU

What: Spin-off of Mayor Rawlings- Blake’s new initiative to clean-up and redevelop vacant or abandoned properties in Baltimore. Allan Mallach and Paul Graziano will be lecturing on the topic of housing and community development policy issues, including vacant and abandoned property issues.

Did you know? Alan Mallach, a fellow at the Center for Community Progress, National Housing Institute, and the Brookings Institution.

Did you know? Paul Graziano is currently Executive Director of the Housing Authority of Baltimore City and Commissioner of the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development and has held the commissioner position since 2000.

When: Tuesday, February 5, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
