LeBron James and Michael Jordan gave each other a stare at the Saturday night NBA playoffs game between the Miami Heat and Charlotte Bobcats. Jordan partially owns the Bobcats, and the stare was given by James when he made a breakaway dunk. The announcers at the game revealed that he was looking directly at Jordan when he made the play. He didn't even look at the basket. On April 27, The Inquisitr shared video of the moment.
During this first round of the NBA playoffs, the Miami Heart are ahead 3-0 in this best of seven series. On Saturday night, the Heat won the game with a score of 98-85. James scored a total of 30 points and made 10 rebounds during the game.
When did this stare down take place? It happened with eight minutes left in the third quarter, and an ESPN announcer revealed that James was definitely looking in the direction of Jordan. The announcers revealed that the look was appearing to say that the Charlotte Bobcats are on their way out of the playoffs. James might have also looked Jordan's way because the play is very much like the plays Jordan was known for during his time with the NBA.
James did not talk about the look he set Jordan's way when he was interviewed after the game. He is focused on closing out the first round of the playoffs. The Miami Heat and Charlotte Bobcats will play game four of their series on Monday night. It will air at 7:00 p.m EST on TNT.
