Lebron James suffered a possible broken nose in the fourth quarter of Thursday's Miami Heat vs. Oklahoma City Thunder game. That didn't stop him from posterizing Serge Ibaka with a huge dunk prior to bleeding all over the court. Then he laughed about it on Feb. 20 when James posted a picture to Instagram of himself wearing a Bane face mask like the villain from the "Batman" movies.
Replays of the fourth quarter nose assault show Lebron getting hitting in the face not once, but two times by Serge Ibaka and James completed the play for a dunk anyway.
After several minutes down on the court in obvious pain and bleeding profusely, James was escorted back to the locker room to stop the bleeding and get checked out. According to coach Mark Spoelstra, Lebron passed the concussion test. It is unclear though if his nose is broken or not. In any event, he did not return to the game.
Even with Lebron sitting out half of the fourth quarter, the Heat were in no danger of losing. The Miami Heat beat the Oklahoma City Thunder in a stunning 103-81 victory.
