LeBron James, NBA MVP, has made Miami Heat history and a career-high history, scoring 61 points in a win over the Charlotte Bobcats, 124-107, Monday night, according to Yahoo! Sports.

LeBron’s performance will go down as the greatest career performance in Miami Heat history, and he credits “the man above…”

The man above has given me some unbelievable abilities to play the game of basketball. - LeBron James

Over the years, James has transformed right before our eyes from a “not so likeable” guy to one we both enjoy entertaining us on the court, and as a person.

After James won a championship with the Heat, life began to change dramatically for him. He even confessed, at one point, that he is “more focused,” and “balanced.”

James' mom, Gloria Marie James, was on hand to witness her son's incredible history-making moment.

Do you think LeBron was referring to God when he said, "the man above?"

We are happy and delighted at the success of this young man who so many looks up to.
