NBA star LeBron James and his longtime girlfriend, and baby mama, Savannah Brinson have officially set their wedding date. TMZ reported on Thursday, March 7 that LeBron and Savannah have finally selected their wedding date of Sept.13 through Sept. 15 for their wedding weekend festivities.
One minor problem for some of the couple's Jewish friends, Lebron James' wedding weekend also falls on Yom Kippur. The celebrity news site claims that they have obtained a copy of LeBron James' "Save The Date" info that has instructed guests to keep Sept. 13-15 open for his wedding to Savannah Brinson, which is set to take place in San Diego, CA.
The "Save the Date" even came with a fun caricature of LeBron, Savannah and their 2 children each dressed in their finest wedding outfits.
James has two children with his high school sweetheart, Savannah Brinson. The first, LeBron James Jr., was born on October 6, 2004, and the second, Bryce Maximus James, on June 14, 2007.
They currently reside in Coconut Grove, a Miami suburb, where James bought a three-story mansion overlooking Biscayne Bay for $9 million. James became engaged to Brinson on December 31, 2011, proposing to her at a party to celebrate New Year’s Eve and his 27th birthday according to Wikipedia.
LeBron James has also been having a rather good streak on the basketball court, and was reported by Boston.com to have aided in carrying the Miami Heat in scrambling, and beating the Orlando Magic, 97-96, on Wednesday night in Miami, extending their franchise-record winning streak to 16 games.
